Join us Every Monday 7:30 am to 8:20 am.

Bring your own mat, block, towel, cushion and water bottle, everything to make you more comfortable.

If you do not have the props, just let me know that I can provide it for you.

Hatha Yoga

This practice is more calm, relax and gentle.

Slow movement and stillness in the postures. We use breath techniques, pranayama, mantras, mudras and meditation.

This practice brings balance to the forces of the body, more vitality, awareness, flexibility, strength, strong muscles to support the body, calm breath, healthy heart and, all the body system working in harmony.

A regular practice prevent many diseases and helps osteoporosis, glaucoma, anxiety, insomnia, stress, high blood pressure... Bringing peace to the mind, clarity, calm heart and flow healthy energy. Rejuvenate practice.

Heart Opening Yoga

This class is focused on opening the Heart Chakra, Anahata, Chakra of LOVE!

Anahata Chakra is located close to the heart, in the center of the chest and also is connected with the heart, lungs, arms and hands. When this chakra of Love is flowing healthy, is related to give and receive Love, compassion, acceptance, kindness, forgiveness, gratitude and trust.

Heart Opening Yoga practice stimulates the heart and improves general circulation, stretches the muscles of the chest, abdomen and back, increases flexibility of the spine, shoulders, neck, and mind.

Heart Chakra - Anahata

Balance:

Feeling gratitude, acceptance, feeling loved, self esteem, confidence, unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, self acceptance, kindnesses, trusting, balance.

Unbalance:

Ungrateful, no acceptance, feeling unloved, loneliness, unforgiveness, fear, holding grudges, anger, sadness and grief.
